Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a translation of the Japanese original. If the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (Scope)

  • These Terms apply to all use of the coloring page content and related services (the "Service") provided by Nurie Zukan (the "Site"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Conditions of use)

  1. The coloring pages distributed on the Site are free to use, as long as they are used for their intended purpose: printing them out and colouring them in. Beyond personal and family use, they may also be printed and handed out in nurseries, kindergartens, schools, after-school clubs, care homes, medical facilities and community groups, with no application or permission needed.
  2. Crediting or linking to the Site is not required for the use described above.
  3. You agree to use the Service in a way that breaks neither the law nor these Terms.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

  • When using the Service, you must not:
    • break the law or act against public order and morals;
    • engage in conduct connected with criminal activity;
    • damage or interfere with the Site's servers or network;
    • act in a way likely to obstruct the running of the Site;
    • collect or store personal information about other users;
    • impersonate another user;
    • provide any benefit, directly or indirectly, to organised crime groups in connection with the Service; or
    • do anything else the Site judges to be inappropriate.

Article 4 (Copyright)

  1. Copyright in all content on the Site — text, images, design and coloring page files — belongs to the Site or to the third parties who hold those rights.
  2. Except for the use permitted in Article 2, you may not copy, alter, transmit publicly or redistribute the Site's content without the rights holder's permission.
  3. The following are not permitted, whether or not money changes hands:
    • redistributing the coloring page files themselves on another website, on social media, in an app or in print;
    • using the coloring page files in a product or service that is sold or distributed; or
    • collecting the coloring page files into a stock library, teaching pack or book.
  4. Posting a page you have coloured in on social media is fine.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Site accepts no liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service.
  2. The Site gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or fitness for any particular purpose of the content of the Service.
  3. The Site may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice for maintenance, faults, natural disasters or other reasons, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from that suspension or interruption.
  4. The Site accepts no responsibility for the content of other websites linked from it.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

  • The Site may change these Terms at any time without notice where it judges this necessary. The revised Terms take effect once published on the Site.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Site's operator.
