About Spacia

A Tall Minicar by Suzuki

Spacia is a minicar made by Suzuki.
It has a tall, boxy shape, and its best feature is having lots of space inside.
Its name comes from the word space.
The back doors are sliding doors that open to the side, so it is easy to get in and out even in tight spots.
Another tall minicar like this is Honda's N-BOX.

1St, 2nd, and 3rd Generation

Spacia has changed into new models three times so far.
The 1st generation came out in 2013. It had a friendly shape with soft, rounded edges.
The 2nd generation came out in 2017. Its design was based on a suitcase you take on trips, so it has lines on its side that look just like a suitcase.
The 3rd generation came out in 2023. It got a tough, boxy shape based on a cargo container used for carrying goods.

Standard and Custom

Spacia comes in a Standard type with a friendly look, and a cool Custom type with a big shiny grill and sharp headlights.
The Standard has round lights and looks cute, while the Custom has wide lights and a sharp look.
Even though they are both Spacia, they look very different.

6 Coloring Pages

There are 6 coloring pages in total, showing the Standard and Custom for each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generations.
All of them are drawn from the front-left angle. Try comparing how the lights, grill, and wheel shapes have changed.

A Car for the Whole Family

Spacia is popular with families who have young kids.
The floor is low, so even small children can get in and out easily.
If you fold down the back seats, you can even fit big things like a bicycle inside.
It is a useful car that carries many people and lots of things, even though it is small.

Clever Ways to Save Fuel

Starting from the 2nd generation, Spacia uses a system called a Mild Hybrid, where an electric motor helps the engine.
It is designed to drive without wasting any gas.

How to Color Spacia

Pick Your Favorite Body Color

Besides white, black, and silver, Spacia comes in many bright and gentle colors like light blue, mint green, beige, and yellow.
Two-tone colors with a white or black roof are also very popular.
Try coloring it the same color as your family car, or a Spacia you saw in your neighborhood!

Windows and Lights

If you color the windows light blue or light gray and leave some white spots, they will look just like real glass.
For the lights, keep the inside white and color the edges silver or gray.

Make the Shiny Trim Sparkle

For the custom grill and shiny door handles, color them silver or gray, then leave thin white lines. They will look super shiny!
If you use both silver and gray on the wheels, they will look just like the real thing, too!

Tires and Car Shadows

Color the tires dark gray or black.
Making the bottom of the car a little darker will make it look 3D!
You can also write your favorite numbers inside the license plate box.
License plates on mini cars are yellow, so try coloring yours yellow!

Change Colors for Each Generation to Compare

If you color the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generations the same color and line them up, you can easily see how the shapes changed.
You can also show each car's cool style by using bright colors for the standard model and dark colors for the custom model!

Fun Facts About Spacia

Suitcases and Containers

The second-generation Spacia was designed with a travel suitcase in mind.
The sticking-out lines on the side and its square shape make it look just like a suitcase!
The third generation took its idea from a cargo container.
It was made to safely carry lots of people and their things.

Clever Tricks in the Back Seat

In the back seat of the third-generation Spacia, there is a special feature called the Multi-Use Flap. You can rest your legs on it or use it to keep your bags from falling off.
It was made to help you relax and feel cozy inside the car.

The Spacia Family

Spacia has companion cars too! There is the Spacia Gear for people who love the outdoors, and the Spacia Base for carrying things for work.
Even though they are all Spacia cars, they come in different styles to match what people need!

The Car Before Spacia

Before Spacia came out, Suzuki had a tall mini-car called the Palette.
Spacia was born to take over for the Palette.
The yellow license plates on mini-cars are easy to spot in town, so try to look for a Spacia driving by!
